1. No need to apply extn with the new employer, when you file for H1-Transfer you get 3 year extenstion
2. You need to apply for new PERM through new employer, as you do not have a pending i-485. In my case I have an EB2 Perm with proiority date of Feb 2008. New company filed for PERM in 2011 and is pending. Once they file for I-140, they will port the priority date from the old PERM. Attorney never told me any thing about job description or any issue as you can even port the priority date from EB3. So i think that does not apply. You will need your I-140 and PERM copies from the current employer while doing the transfer and porting the priority dates.

Your signature says I 140 was approved, when was it approved and does that mean the USCIS website never updated the status of your I 140?
or was it showing I140 approved before and now it's showing pending?
This is my friend's case not mine. This is mentioned when I first described the case.

Me & my husband got our Birth Certificates in 2005 with all the correct birth details. Do you think we might still need affidavits for Late Registration of Birth?Please throw some light on this as there's lot of confusion going on this.

There is no RFE for expired FP, they would only send a FP notice if they are awake.
But would you get a notice or RFE or something like that....I am asking because i am my spouse both have recieved RFE's today....so wanted to assume something till we get the actual mail.

I quit this company has he hasn't paid any bench salary and haven't do any proper marketing - which were force me choose a permanent job.
So could some one please advise me the right lawyer to handle this.I need to answer to this summons and need file a new case against them.

Second Count : Tortious Interference
Third Count : Breach of Duty of Good Faith and Fair Dealing

Yes but you can not work on H4, just after filing H1 papers. So what you do is, go to Chennai and get a stamp that should not be a problem.

Of course Nikon can't help support third party lenses. They have a specification (that isn't available to others) that specify how the interface between the camera and the lens should work - but the can't change that specification (or change what the camera does) in order to support other manufacturers lenses. If they really wanted other manufacturers to make lenses to work on Nikon, they would perhaps publish (or license) the specification. But I don't think Nikon is particularly interested in doing so.
Sigma, however, has made it their business to reverse engineer the interface between the camera and the lens, without the access to the specification. They therefore are responsible (even if they plead not so) for any malfunction between the two. However, one of the problems with reverse engineering is that you can only see what's being used at any particular time - the spec may well have some variations that aren't used in a particular setup, but allows for future expansion. This is where Sigma will have a problem when Nikon brings out a new/different camera model.
The firmware for the lens should be possible to upgrade, assuming it's a case of just not understanding some command or such.

I just read about someone in San Fernando who killed his family and himself because he didn't have a job.
Please reach out to your friends in times of difficulty....the world is not going to end if you don't have a job OR if you there are delays in getting your GC..the world is a wonderful place and still full of opportunity - to add value, to help others etc...you may need to reach out to your friends for help to find your calling or the next opportunity....please don't be desperate....and please ask for help. we all have so many things to be happy and thankful for...

Please be adviced If your wife is on H4 you cannot use your EAD.
The day you use ur EAD your wife will be out of Status.
If she becomes out of status, you will not be able to add her to your I485 application when the dates become current.
